Our History

INSPX was founded in 2018. While working at a steel manufacturing warehouse, Paul sustained a neck injury that left him nearly paralyzed. Unable to return to his previous line of work, Paul and Mallory ultimately wanted to combining their work experiences together as a team to create something they would be passionate about.

With prior experience in real estate, as both an agent and appraiser, combined with 20 years working in HVAC, it became clear that home inspections was for them.

​With the help of, the worlds largest home inspection association, InterNACHI, we have been able to combine Mallory’s skills and creativity with Paul’s passion for building science; and turn it into a family owned company that continues to grow.
