Molds reproduce by tiny spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through the air.
Mold may begin growing indoors when mold spores land and come in contact with moisture.

DO I NEED A MOLD TEST?

A Mold Inspection is for people who may be suspicious of mold without having visual confirmation.
Common reason to get a mold inspection include:

- You think you see mold but not sure it is mold.
- You smell a musty odor but don’t see any mold.
- Any water issues in your home.
- Air testing after mold removal to check mold spore levels.
- If you need evidence of whether there is a mold problem.
- A general assessment of the indoor air quality in your home.
